The MW TOPS Global Alpha Index( )(SM) is calculated by CME Group Index Services
LLC ("CME Indexes").  MW TOPS Global Alpha, a fund of MW Indices plc, which
seeks to replicate the net performance of the MW TOPS Global Alpha Index( )(SM)
is not sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by CME Indexes or its affiliates,
and CME Indexes and its affiliates make no representation regarding the
advisability of investing in such product.
